Return Policy

Defective Products

  • In 30 days (inc. weekends) of delivery we will always offer you option of an exchange or refund (return postage will pay by customer).
  • In 2 years of delivery, if there is a fault with your product, we will offer a repairation, change or credit note (return postage will pay by customer in any case).
  • Horoz Europe test all product that receive back as defective products. In some cases we may refuse products to process such as, if the products does not manufactured by Horoz Electric or Installation is made by unauthorize person or installation made different way than how explained in user manual.
  • In the event of a replacement not being available an alternative product will be offered or a credit note issued, in certain circumstances a full refund will be offered.
  • All postal expenses for products replacement, repairs in or out of warranty are paid by the

Damaged Products in Delivery

  • Please check carefully of your order on delivery for any physical and mechanical damage. If you see any damage on packs please do not sign delivery slip or indicate situation on delivery slip. In this cases please contact us directly for replacement.
  • All customers are responsible to inform us any damage items on delivery in 2 working days, otherwise we cannot give any guarantee to replacement products. 

Non-Defective Products

  • If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part and return shipment cost will cover by a customer.
  • Please note: Horoz Europe will not accept any return after 30 days and any goods returned must be in their original packaging.
